We start our with high quality raw coffee then roast with the industry standard and our own twist of using native South Texas Mesquite in our process to produce a flavor that is ours alone.     I got the sample pack and so far I have not been disappointed! All have a a very good flavor with no bitter aftertaste. I have not used one drop of creamer since I started trying the samples. When I run out I WILL be buying more!!

    We Love our coffee from Third Day Coffee. The Strong and Courageous is my absolute favorite. Stop drinking Gas Station Coffee and grab a bag or three of this stuff.

    I have the Isaiah 52:7. it's a great coffee! mild and light just how I like it???? I would definitely recommend it. The pour over filters are an awesome thing to use also! I've never even heard of such but wish I'd had them in the field with me!
